Α. Payment Methods
Mad Fashion Accessories offers you the following options for the payment method of your order:

1. 1. Cash on delivery
You will pay upon receipt of the products you ordered at the place you have indicated to us.
Cash on delivery is a secure method of paying for purchases. Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you pay in cash and the amount owed to the employee of the courier company who delivers the order to you.
This method is only available for destinations within Greece, and there is an additional charge of € 1.50.
The maximum order amount that can be paid by the method of cash on delivery is € 350.00.

2. Payment through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard.
The use of your debit / credit card for your purchases in the online store Mad Fashion Accessories is completely safe, as the registration of the card details is done in the secure environment of Alpha Bank.

3. Via PayPal
By choosing to pay with PayPal, we give you the opportunity to pay for your order using the safest and most common payment method worldwide.
Once you have completed all the other details required to place the order, you will be automatically transferred to the secure Paypal site, from where you will be able to either fill in your credit card details directly or log in to your existing Paypal account. and use your saved data with just one click.
By using Paypal for your transactions, you do not give your credit card details in every online store but only in PayPal.

4. By Deposit in a Bank Account (remittance))
You can pay for the order by bank transfer.
In this case, the order remains in a “standby” state after its registration, until our accounting department confirms the deposit of the amount in the following bank account:

In remittance payments, the order is shipped only if the transfer is made at the sender’s expense (“OUR”, not “SHA”).
The reason for the transfer needs to be entered in the order number to which it relates, so that identification can be made.
All payment transfers must be made in the pricing currency of our store (EUR).

B. Shipping Methods
Shipping is done in 1-3 working days via Geniki Tachidromiki

Delivery cost:
In order up to 50 euros – 3.50 euros
For orders over 50 euros – free shipping
Cash on delivery is an extra cost : 1.50 euros

C. Product Returns & Refunds
Returns / Refunds / replacement on products purchased online can only be made for purchases made within Greece either at the physical Mad Fashion Accessories store or by courier, within 15 days of receiving the order. Remember, only products that have no signs of use and are in their original packaging can be replaced.
You need to send us a corresponding request by email to: accessoriesmadfashion@gmail.com
Once your request has been verified by our staff, you will receive an email notification of return approval and instructions.
If it is a replacement you will have to place a new order for the product you want after the return is approved. When registering this order, you must enter your Return Request number in the relevant field, as if you skip this step, the new product will be sent to you with a regular charge.
The return of the product can be done free of charge only through the General Post Office and the product is sent within 3 days from the date of approval of the Return Request. Visit one of the General Post Office stores in your area or call the nearest store to call the courier to pick up the parcel from your home.
Any refund for these products can only be made by bank transfer to your account within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Regarding the replacements, we clarify that the first change is made without any charge. While for each subsequent change there is a charge which amounts to 4.50 per product and is automatically charged to the replacement order.
In case of defective product or wrong shipping product, the product will be sent to you again without any charge.

Secure Transactions
All payments made by credit/debit card are processed through the “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payments platform by Alpha Bank, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method for encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who is then able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
